How to connect to your VPS with SSH or Remote Desktop Print

Linux VPS (SSH)

1. On Windows, use Windows Terminal, PowerShell, or PuTTY.
2. Run ssh username@SERVER_IP.
3. Accept the host key on first connect, then enter the password or use your private key.

Windows VPS (RDP)

1. Open Remote Desktop Connection on your PC.
2. Enter the server IP and connect.
3. Log in with the Windows username and password from your service details.

If login fails, confirm the IP, username, and that your local firewall or ISP is not blocking the port. Then open a support ticket with the error message and time of the attempt.
