Unpaid invoices stay visible in your client area until the balance is cleared.
- Log in at billing.oneihost.com.
- Open Billing then Invoices, and select the unpaid invoice.
- Choose your payment method:
- Online gateway - pay by card or the available online option. The invoice is usually marked paid automatically.
- UPI / Google Pay - scan the QR or tap Pay with Google Pay, pay the exact amount, and send the UTR on WhatsApp when asked. Staff confirm the payment before the service continues.
Always mention the invoice number in the UPI note. Services start or renew after payment is confirmed.
